I grew up in a family of psychotherapists, so I’ve been around people trying to change for most of my life.What I noticed early on was this:
Most people don’t actually change. They talk, they process, they understand—but they end up in the same patterns (insight + willpower does not = change).That never made sense to me.After years of trying to change my own life—spending time, money, and effort without lasting results—I started to see why.Real change comes down to two things:
-Knowing who you are
-Removing any subconscious resistance to being thatIn that order.Most approaches focus on thinking or effort. But those don’t last, because they don’t address the underlying root cause -- the subconscious mind.That’s why I use two tools:
1. Human Design — to understand how you’re wired
2. Psych-K — to shift the subconscious patterns that get in the waySimple, direct, effective.
